ALL Delegates have to pay a WEF conference charge plus pay for their hotel stay.

WEF Conference charges:

For Delegates: Rs 90000 (USD 1500) Early bird discounts: - If paid before 31st July 2015 cost is Rs 22500 (usd 375) - If paid between August- October 2015 cost is Rs 35000 (usd 585) - If paid between November- December 2015 cost is Rs 50000 (usd 835) - If paid between January-March 2016 cost is Rs 75000 (usd 1250)
Delegates must pay the conference charge to ALL Ladies League

Stay Charges:
1. Grand Hyatt (Venue):
• Single room Rs 11000 per day (usd 185) inclusive of all taxes and all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner) Double room Rs 13000 per day (usd 220) total inclusive of all taxes and all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner) for two delegates. i.e. Rs 6500 (usd110) for each delegate on twin sharing of room basis. Only 175 rooms available so please book and pay by 31st July as we expect all rooms to be booked by then.( refunds are easy- see refund policy)

Hotels Outside the Conference Venue:

1. One star Hotels
Single room Rs 1500 per day (usd 25) inclusive of all taxes without meals. Plus Day Delegate charges of Rs 3000 per day per person for all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner) at conference venue Grand Hyatt. Double room Rs 2000 per day (usd 33) inclusive of all taxes without meals. Plus day delegate charges of Rs 3000 per day per person. Our travel desk will help you book.

2. Three Star Hotels:
Price ranging from Rs 4000 – Rs 6000 per night without meals ( USD 65-100) . Plus day delegate charges of Rs 3000 per day per person for all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner) at conference venue Grand Hyatt. Our travel desk will help you book.

Day Delegates (ALL delegates staying outside the venue hotel Grand Hyatt)
Charges are Rs 15000 for the entire conference (Rs 3000 per day) as charges for all meals (breakfast, lunch, tea during breaks and dinner) at the venue Grand Hyatt. These charges are payable in advance to ALL Ladies League in advance at time of registration.

Transport:
Women Economic Forum travel desk has arranged special concessional rates for transport. Coach transfers between Goa airport and Grand Hyatt/other hotels, the cost will be Rs 1500 per car (for 5 persons) and Rs 200 per person by coach (by coach there may be up to one hour waiting time). - For sightseeing or otherwise, all delegates can book cars directly. Costs are Rs 2000 per 8 hours per day including 80km traveling. Additional travelling mileage or hours is charged extra.

Refund Policy:
To facilitate delegates who have registered and paid advance but may not be able to join in , full 100% refund can be asked for at any time

Highlights of Women Economic Forum 2015

A plethora of women champions from across the globe gathered together to lighten the first-ever annual Women Economic Forum in Goa at Goa Marriott, from May 7th to May 11th 2015. Along with the women leaders were business leaders, Corporate Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Authors, Icons, Actors, Political Stalwarts, Policymakers, Ambassadors, Media personalities et al who came together at the Women Economic Forum to create a truly vibrant atmosphere of discussion, debate and millennial thoughts.
Women Economic Forum 2015 Program was spread over a diverse range of topics with exceptionally good Speakers. The over 400 Delegates came back with a lot of experiential learning in an environment of positivity and fun. Some of the eminent personalities at the forum were Chief Minister, Maharastra, Shri. Devendra Fadnavis, Actress Vidya Balan, well- renowned director Madhur Bandarkar, Kiran Bedi, politician & retired IG; H.E. Dr. Burak Akcapar, Ambassador of Turkey; Sachin Pilot, Former MOS, GOI; Sara Pilot, Founder CEQUIN et al.

GLOBAL CHAIRPERSON, WOMEN ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF) & ALL LADIES LEAGUE (ALL)

Dear ALL, It was a delight to meet so many of my sisters from across the world at “Women Economic Forum 2015” of the ALL Ladies League from 7th to 11th May in Goa, the world’s largest such congregation of women from over 25 countries.
I thank you for your warmth, enthusiasm and commitment. I value them ALL very much.
Next year for WEF 2016 in Goa from 19th to 24th May 2016, we are expecting over a 1000+ delegates and aiming to include 75 countries.
Doing our bit to bring the world closer. J In fact, that is the very aim of our marquee annual global summit, the ALL Women Economic Forum in Goa: to exponentially enhance women’s leadership and women’s friendship locally and globally so that women become proactive agents of change in ALL spheres of self and society, including bringing in the much needed understanding among cultures and peace across borders, apart from becoming self-reliant and self-assured in their own personal expressions.

What is the thought process of ALL :
Also known as ‘ALL’, a most inclusive acronym that stands for our concept and culture of loving inclusion, ALL Ladies League (ALL) is dedicated to the expansion of well-being, wealth and welfare for ALL.
