The Women Economic Forum 2016 will be held from 19th to 24th May in Goa at the Grand Hyatt. Request you to book your hotel in Goa at the earliest as demand is enormous. Request you to also register for the conference at the earliest, as you can benefit from early bird discounts.

Conference charges: Rs 90000 (USD 1500)

Early bird discounts:
- If paid before July 2015 cost is Rs 22500 (USD 375)
- If paid between August- October 2015 cost is Rs 35000 (USD 585)
- If paid between November- December 2015 cost is Rs 50000 (USD 835)
- If paid between January-March 2016 cost is Rs 75000 (USD 1250)


ALL Women Life Members will get a 30% additional discount on the above.
(For applying for complimentary honorary life membership of ALL Ladies League please register at www.aall.in/membership ).
ALL Office bearers will get a 50% additional discount on the above charges. ALL Men associate members get 15% discount on above.

If Women Economic Forum accepts you as a Speaker then full conference charges are waived off.

Delegates must pay the conference charge directly to Women Economic Forum by ALL Ladies League (please send cheque or transfer in the name of “ALL Ladies League”)

Conference Venue: Grand Hyatt, Panaji Goa (www.goa.grand.hyatt.com)

Delegates can book their hotel room directly at the Grand Hyatt hotel where the conference is being held using concessional code ( will inform soon).

Best rates for a 5 star accommodation are available at the Grand Hyatt so do book early as there are only 175 rooms and demand is enormous. Unless you’re staying at a one star hotel outside, delegates will find it cheapest to stay at the Grand Hyatt, so please do book your room at the Grand Hyatt early. It’s on first come first served basis.

Grand Hyatt:
• Single room Rs 11000 per day (USD 185) inclusive of all taxes and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Double room Rs 13000 per day (USD 220) total inclusive of all taxes and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for two delegates. i.e. Rs 6500 (USD 110) for each delegate on twin sharing
• Single delegates can opt for twin sharing in a double room in which case their cost is half. Women Economic Forum travel desk will find you the partner for twin sharing unless you are coming along with one.
(Delegates staying in the Grand Hyatt will be required to pay for any charges to their rooms outside the breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the venue. Any food or drinks consumed in the room, any massages, any other facility of the hotel availed is payable by the delegate directly to the hotel.)
Day Delegates for conference (those staying in other hotels and venues in Goa):

Delegates are welcome to book a hotel of their own choice directly with that particular hotel. However, the delegates who are not staying at the Grand Hyatt will be required to pay directly to Rs 15,000 (USD 250) for the entire 5 day conference as Day Delegate charges, in addition to the Conference Charges as stated above. This is to be paid directly to ALL Ladies League in advance. Transport if required will be extra. Rates given below.

Day delegate charges will include for all the meals at the conference (breakfast, lunch and dinner and tea breaks, and evening entertainment at the venue).

For the day delegates attending for lesser number of days, charges will be calculated at Rs. 3000 per day but a minimum Rs 9000 will be charged. Liquor as at the Grand Hyatt conference venue are included in the above costs.

Hotel Bello (one star):
single room Rs 1500 per day (USD 25) inclusive of all taxes without meals
Double room Rs 2000 per day (USD 33) inclusive of all taxes without meals

Hotel Marriott (five star):
single room Rs 8000 without meals (USD 135)
Double room/Twin sharing Rs 9000 without meals (USD 150) i.e Rs 4500 (USD 75) for each delegate on twin sharing

Transport costs :
Women Economic Forum travel desk has arranged special concessional rates for transport. However you need to book and pay in advance for the concessional rates to apply.
Delegates can also hire cars directly if they so desire.

Concessional rates are as follows. You’ll need to book and pay in advance for the arrangements.

- For delegates who stay outside Grand Hyatt – you have to pay Rs 1000 per day for car for morning drop and night pick up Grand Hyatt, or Rs 300 per day for coach for morning drop and night pick up.
- Upon arrival in Goa and for departure, Coach transfers between Goa airport and Grand Hyatt/other hotels, the cost will be Rs 1500 per car ( for 5 persons) and Rs 200 per person by coach (by coach there may be up to one hour waiting time).
- For sightseeing or otherwise, all delegates can book cars directly. Costs are Rs 2000 per 8 hours per day including 80km traveling. Additional travelling mileage or hours is charged extra. Delegates can book directly as well.

Commemorating the unforgettable memories of 2015 Women Economic Forum

A plethora of women champions from across the globe gathered together to lighten the first-ever annual Women Economic Forum in Goa at Goa Marriott, from May 7th to May 11th 2015. Along with the women leaders were business leaders, Corporate Coaches, Entrepreneurs, Authors, Icons, Actors, Political Stalwarts, Policymakers, Ambassadors, Media personalities et al who came together at the Women Economic Forum to create a truly vibrant atmosphere of discussion, debate and millennial thoughts.
Women Economic Forum 2015 Program was spread over a diverse range of topics with exceptionally good Speakers. The over 400 Delegates came back with a lot of experiential learning in an environment of positivity and fun. Some of the eminent personalities at the forum were Chief Minister, Maharastra, Shri.
